Beef Bordelaise - sliced tenderloin in a brown burgundy wine sauce

NY Strip Steak - a broiled, juicy 12 oz. sirloin done rare, medium or well

Chicken Marsala - boneless breast of chicken in a marsala wine, wild mushroom sauce

group 3 - $25.95 per person

Chicken Framboise - semi-boneless chicken topped in a raspberry ginger glaze

Sole Imperial - fresh filet of sole filled with crabmeat and topped in a béchamel sauce

group 4 - $29.95 per person

Filet Mignon Monique - filet mignon topped with fresh shrimp and béarnaise sauce

Lobster and Shrimp Scampi - lobster and shrimp sautéed in garlic butter over angel hair pasta


Tax is 6% and gratuity is 20%. Menu changes can be made until one month prior.
